You may return most unused, unopened products in their original packaging within the return period stated below, subject to the conditions in this policy. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer may not be eligible for a full refund; we may accept returns of opened products in limited circumstances (e.g. defective or wrong item) at our discretion. Perishable or personalized items may not be returnable unless otherwise stated or required by law.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition in which you received it, in original packaging where applicable, and you must follow the return process described in this policy. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or that we suspect are fraudulent.
3. Return period
Unless a longer period is required by law in your jurisdiction, you have fourteen (14) calendar days from the day you receive the product to notify us of your wish to return it and to send the product back. 4. How to initiate a return
To start a return:

- We will respond with return instructions, including whether a return authorization number or label is provided and the address to which you should send the product.
- Pack the product securely in its original packaging if possible, and ship it to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage. We are not responsible for items lost in transit until they are received at our facility.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and, if approved, process the refund as described below.
5. Refunds
If your return is approved, we will refund the purchase price of the returned product(s) to the original payment method used for the order. Refunds do not include original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong or defective item) or unless otherwise required by law. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we have agreed otherwise or the return is due to our error.
Processing of refunds typically takes five (5) to ten (10) business days after we receive the returned item and confirm eligibility. The time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund after this period, please contact us and we will assist you.
We may issue refunds in the form of store credit or replacement only where we have explicitly agreed to do so with you or where required by our policy for specific situations.
